Web/Flash Designer/Actionscripting -- Freelance

We are looking for a highly responsible detailed oriented freelancer who has skills as a web designer and flash designer. Please have links to show and references. We are a start up web design production company.

Please be able to explain exactly what you did on the job. If you
have experience in the theater of film business even better. High
impact design clean simple and smart GUI. Be able to layout contests, promotions etc so your graphic design should be pretty tight. You should also know how to write JavaScript or Action Script. PHP little things with no problem. We pay per project based on what is required for design. But you have to be experienced and not learning how to do things as we go along. Each project will be estimated time and approved and a fee will be determined for each piece.

Your work should look highly professional- think magazine ads, high end movie or theatre websites, and be able to reinterpreted print artwork into web design.

Anyone with illustrator skills is a added plus.
